Another of our stunning newbies ready for rehoming is 3 year old Greyhound boy Sheikh.
I absolutely love this boy he is a bit of a Tim nice but Dim type but I think he is going to be quite the character.
Sheikh is just nice, there isn't another word to describe him.
When he first landed he was a little nervous and shut down but now we are getting the silly play bows, the head dipping and the dancing after toileting and silly grins.
Out and about Sheikh walks well on lead.
He has been good with other dogs he has met and is currently kennelled with a female Greyhound and he adores her and he gives her confidence.
We do feel with someone around all or most of the time Sheikh would though settle as an only dog.
He would also be good for a home with a medium sized and upwards female.
Sadly he is not cat or small furry friendly but could live with dog savvy children aged 6 years and upwards.
Although Sheikh is with us in kennels he works hard to keep his area clean, therefore we do not envisage housetraining would be an issue.
Sheikh also travels like an absolute dream.
Sheikh is vaccinated, kc vaccinated, de flead, de wormed, microchipped and has been castrated and received a dental check and polish. He will also be rehomed with one months free insurance from Petplan.
Sheikh is currently located in Stoke on Trent and anyone wishing to offer him a home must be willing to travel to meet with him with an current immediate family members.
